Delivery Information

All prints are produced to order and shipped worldwide from specialist print facilities.

Delivery times vary by collection and destination.

Orders from different collections may ship separately.

Framed prints are available for the Signature, Radiance, Bugs, and Gizmo series, with free delivery to the UK and Germany. Frames are supplied ready to hang with protective glazing and secure packaging for transit. Framed prints are not currently available for delivery to other countries.

For the Mersenne series, framing is offered on request (POA) due to the wider choice of mouldings, glazing and larger formats. We'll prepare a tailored quote for framing and delivery based on your size and destination, then share an estimated timeline before you approve. To begin, please get in touch with the size and finish you have in mind.

UK orders include VAT.

International orders are shipped DDU – Delivered Duty Unpaid.

Local import taxes, duties, or handling fees may be collected by the courier on delivery.

All prints ship in heavy-duty art tubes or reinforced flat boxes, sealed for moisture protection.

Every shipment includes full tracking; you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order dispatches.

If your order includes prints from multiple series, items may arrive separately, each with its own tracking number.

Express delivery (£5.95) is available on all UK orders.

A London same-day courier service will be introduced seasonally; details will appear at checkout when available.

Most prints are produced and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

During peak periods (e.g. holiday season) production may take up to 5 days.
