Ordering & Availability

Are your prints limited editions?

Most Axisophy designs are open editions, allowing us to make them accessible worldwide. Some specialist works and collaborations may be released in limited numbers — any edition limits will always be clearly stated on the product page.

Do you make custom or larger-format prints?

Yes. We frequently create custom formats, colourways, and large-scale versions of existing works, as well as new commissions. Visit our Custom Prints page for details.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We currently ship to over 40 countries across Europe, North America, Asia, and Australasia. Delivery times and prices vary by region — full details are on our Delivery Information page.

How are prints packaged?

Prints are rolled in protective sleeves and shipped in sturdy tubes.

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders are shipped with tracking links provided automatically once dispatched.

Care & Handling

How should I handle my print when it arrives?

Handle it carefully by the edges, ideally with clean cotton gloves. Avoid touching the printed surface — especially dark or matte areas.

Do you recommend professional framing?

Yes. Professional framers have the experience and clean environments needed to handle prints safely. We recommend keeping your print sealed until your framer is ready to unwrap it.

Returns & Exchanges

What if my print arrives damaged?

If your print arrives damaged or there's been an error, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and email us at returns@axisophy.com with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away - no return needed.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

We want you to be completely happy with your print. If for any reason you're not - whether you've changed your mind, it's not quite right for your space, or there's a fault - you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Email us at returns@axisophy.com and we'll provide you with the return address. Returns are accepted when the print is sent back by post in its original condition and packaging.

Once we receive the print in good condition we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Wholesale & Trade

Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes. We supply selected design stores, galleries, and museum shops. Please email wholesale@axisophy.com with details about your store or organisation.
