Returns & Refunds

Overview

We want you to be completely happy with your print. If for any reason you're not - whether you've changed your mind, it's not quite right for your space, or there's a fault - you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

How to return

Email us at returns@axisophy.com and we'll provide you with the return address. Returns are accepted when the print is sent back by post in its original condition and packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the print arrives damaged or we've made an error.

International orders

For customers outside the UK, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

Once we receive the print in good condition we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged or there's been an error, photograph the damage and packaging immediately and email us at returns@axisophy.com with your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away - no return needed.
