2. What We Sell

Axisophy sells design-led art prints inspired by science, mathematics, natural history and technology. Our prints are produced to order at specialist print facilities using archival-quality inks and papers. We ship worldwide from production facilities in the UK, Europe, North America and Australia.

Because our prints are produced to order, each one is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

3. These Terms

By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering. If you have any questions, contact us at info@axisophy.com before placing your order.

These terms are governed by English law. If you are a consumer, you also have the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the laws of the country in which you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. A contract between us is formed when your order is dispatched and you receive a dispatch confirmation email.

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

5. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency selected for your region and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.

We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. All card payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

6. Delivery

Full delivery information, including estimated delivery times and shipping costs for each region, is available on our Delivery Informationpage.

All prints are shipped in protective art tubes. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, or events outside our control.

For orders shipped outside the UK and Europe, you may be liable for import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by your local customs authority. These charges are your responsibility.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our full returns and refunds policy is available on our Returns & Refunds page. In summary:

• You may return any print within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
• If your print arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
• To arrange a return, email returns@axisophy.com with your order number.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

These rights are in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

8. Product Descriptions and Colours

We make every effort to ensure our product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the printed product due to variations in monitor settings and calibration. This is inherent to all screen-to-print processes and is not considered a fault.

Print sizes refer to the paper size. Image dimensions may vary slightly due to the production process.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to artwork, designs, photographs, text, logos, and graphics — is the property of Bang Industries Ltd or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a print gives you the right to display it for personal use. It does not transfer any copyright or intellectual property rights in the artwork.

10. Your Use of This Website

You agree to use this website lawfully and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the site. You must not:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its servers
• Introduce viruses or other malicious code
• Reproduce or redistribute any part of the site without permission

11. Third-Party Services

Our website is hosted by Shopify Inc. Print production and fulfilment is handled by our trusted print partners. Payment processing is provided by Shopify Payments and other third-party providers shown at checkout.

These third parties have their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services except to the extent required by law.

12. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of this website or the purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

13. Events Outside Our Control

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, failure of telecommunications networks, or disruption to postal or courier services.
